SHIPPING INFO

Standard Shipping / Express shipping

 Standard shipping is processed through a standard mail service so your national postal service will be delivering the package. 

Express shipping is available on request ( email us at info@kekukada.com) and the price depends on the weight of the package and location

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We try to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All items are dispatched time is usually 3-5 days. 

Standard shipping:

– EU: From 5 days up to 3 weeks, depends on local mail speed. 
Express shipping:

– EU: 1-3 business days
* Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.

Note! We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

Depending on the country, the standard shipping varies between 5-15€ . All shipping costs will be shown at checkout. 

 

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept payments with Paypal and most Credit Cards 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a 14 days exchange (excluding shipping costs) if you change your mind.

To intiate a return first contact us at  info@kekukada.com and tell us what you are returning and why (e.g. canceling an order, defective item, received something else, etc.). Always include your original order number in the message. Upon your contact we will evaluate your request and then will send you further instructions

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kekukada, Am Speiergarten 25C, 651919 Wiesbaden, Germany

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
